These members provide a contribution in the Steering Committee, the Policy Committee, Technical Committee and the respective Working Groups.
Established in 1884, the Piaggio Group is Europe’s largest scooter and motorcycle manufacturer and one of the world leaders in the industry. Piaggio (PIA.MI) has been listed on the Italian stock exchange since 2006 and has three separate business lines: two- and three-wheels vehicles (scooters and motorcycles), light commercial vehicles and robotics division (Piaggio Fast Forward) developed in Boston.

Forsee Power is an industrial group specializing in smart battery systems for electric transport (LEV, trucks, buses, trains, marine vessels).
A major commercial and industrial player in Europe, Asia, and North America the Group designs, assembles and supplies energy management systems based on the most robust cells available on the market as well as provides installation, commissioning and on-site or remote maintenance. Forsee Power also offers financing solutions (battery rental) through its participation in NEoT Capital and second life solutions for transport batteries. HYBA was founded in 2019 with the goal to make electric mobility more accessible. HYBA developed a standard of charging units suitable for various segments of the electric mobility market.
The idea at the heart of the company is the POD, a set of removable power units, separated from the vehicle. When purchasing electric vehicles, the biggest concerns is around the charging infrastructure. PODs are light and manageable elements, autonomously rechargeable and swappable. HYBA allows users to recharge PODs through a normal socket at home or anywhere. Users can decide to swap PODs even down the road or leveraging dispensers. HYBA’s technology relies on a patented proprietary Battery Management System, which increases the duration of the energy available to the vehicles. |

The PIERER Mobility Group is Europe‘s leading manufacturer of powered two-wheelers (PTW). Its motorcycle brands KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles and GASGAS make it one of Europe’s technology and market leaders, especially in the premium motorcycle segment. In addition to vehicles with combustion engines, the product portfolio also includes emission-free two-wheelers with electric drives (e-motorcycles, e-bicycles).

NX Technologies develops automotive grade electronics including motor controllers and battery management systems following ISO26262 for Functional Safety and ISO21434 for Cybersecurity.
The product portfolio offers motor controller system from 3kW up to 350kW for any on-road or off-road application. The company also has both high voltage and low voltage battery management systems (BMS) for mobility and stationary applications. |

VeNetWork Spa is a joint-stock company with private capital which is configured as an accelerator of productive and financial opportunities. It brings together 66 entrepreneurs from the Veneto region and holds 8 majority shareholdings.
VeNetWork is shareholder of Fantic Motor, Motori Minarelli and Atex. Atex Industries designs, manufactures and services high-tech battery packs for third parties. 50 years of experience in customized projects, integrating IoT technologies. Atex USPs are its development speed and flexibility and its reactive, proactive and predictive analisys applied for an optimized after sales service. Fantic Motor designs, manufactures and services two wheelers powered by both combustion engines and electric power units. Nearly half of Fantic revenues are generated by sales of e-bikes. Associate members
These members, usually from the area of government / research / academics, provide a contribution in at least 2 Working Groups.
Based in Brussels, the European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (ACEM) represents the largest manufacturers of mopeds, motorcycles, tricycles and quadricycles with operations in Europe.
ACEM members include multinational companies and national industry associations. ACEM engages in dialogue with European, national and local authorities, and key stakeholders to advance the understanding of industry positions on relevant policy issues, including, among others, industry competitiveness, road safety, and mobility and sustainability policies. ACEM advocates for policies that support the competitiveness of motorcycle manufacturers, provides factual information about the European motorcycle sector, and fosters a better understanding of the motorcycle industry’s contribution to society. |
ANESDOR is the association representing the powered two-wheelers industry in Spain, from vehicle manufacturers and importers of all type of L-Cat vehicles (motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles, and quadricycles), to auxiliar industry companies focused on these vehicles.
Involving more than 70 companies and 150 commercial brands, ANESDOR represents more than 95% of the PTW market in Spain, being the official voice of the industry towards society and public institutions. Among other responsibilities, ANESDOR focuses on the defense of the industry and commercial network, the development of fair regulations, and road safety promotion. ANESDOR is an active member of ACEM and IMMA. |
The italian two-wheeler industry, to which ANCMA (National Association of Bicycle, Motorcycle, Parts and Accessories Industry) provides institutional representation, employs about 20,000 direct employees and has a turnover of 5 billion euros. The Italian production of bicycles (2.3 million units) and motorcycles (300 thousand units) firmly occupies first place at the European level. About 5,000 sales outlets operate in the sector in our country and, overall, the trade in bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, components and accessories, also taking into account the allied industries, employs about 60,000 people.

Founded in 1904 in Paris and currently based in Mies (Switzerland). FIM is the International organisation acting in all matters connected with motorcycling activities (sporting & non-sporting) and defending the rights and interests of motorcycle users and industry.
118 National Federations across the world and regrouped in 6 Continental Unions are affiliated to FIM. FIM is the supreme and sole international authority empowered to control international motorcycling events organised under its jurisdiction throughout the world. It is recognised by the IOC as the sole competent authority in motorcycle sport. It is also the 1st international sports federation to impose an Environmental Code in 1994. |
The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) was established in 1973 and is a global applied research institution based in Taiwan. It has over 6,000 employees and provides industrial services to drive economic growth, foster technological innovation, and improve social welfare.
ITRI has been instrumental in developing vehicle emission regulations, fuel economy standards, and national standards for battery safety and energy supply systems for electric vehicles. In 2022, ITRI launched the Intelligent and Green Vehicle Promotion Strategy Office, which focuses on unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous vehicles, green vehicles, and other areas. |
