HYBA was founded in 2019 with the goal to make electric mobility more accessible. HYBA developed a standard of charging units suitable for various segments of the electric mobility market.
The idea at the heart of the company is the POD, a set of removable power units, separated from the vehicle. When purchasing electric vehicles, the biggest concerns is around the charging infrastructure. PODs are light and manageable elements, autonomously rechargeable and swappable. HYBA allows users to recharge PODs through a normal socket at home or anywhere. Users can decide to swap PODs even down the road or leveraging dispensers. HYBA’s technology relies on a patented proprietary Battery Management System, which increases the duration of the energy available to the vehicles. |
